The Company, together with the products from the Australian company, Cytopia Limited, which recently merged into YM, is currently advancing three late-stage products:
- Nimotuzumab: EGFR-targeting Affinity-Optimized Antibody™ in development worldwide, targeting multiple tumor types primarily in combination with radiation and chemoradiation; approved for marketing in 23 countries.
- CYT387: JAK 1/2 small molecule inhibitor initially targeting the treatment of a group of hematological disorders known as myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPNs), also known as myeloproliferative disorders.
- CYT997: novel anti-cancer Vascular Disrupting Agent (VDA) in Phase II clinical development for the treatment of a variety of tumors.
